Placement Cell

The academic rigour of the future leaders is made complete through the placement activities that introduce them to the corporate world. To fulfill the career need of students, the College has a Placement Cell, Which comprises a Placement Coordinator, Faculty Members and the solution.

Regular Industry –Institute Interaction

The Placement Cell is mainly responsible for establishing regular contact with various organizations and industries. The Cell acts as an interface between students, faculty and corporate world to initiate continuous interaction with industry, sharing the industry experiences, understanding the needs of Industry and giving the required support to the corporate world. The Cell remains in constant touch with the corporate job market.

Arrangements Of Interviews

The Placement Cell arranges ON CAMPUS and OFF CAMPUS INTERVIEWS for the students by the prospective employers. The Recruiting Companies are required to give a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) before starting the selection process in the College Campus. The Objective of PPT is to provide the students an opportunity to understand the organization, and to recruiting company to highlight its requirement and careers it is offering to the student .The institute provides necessary facilities to companies for conducting campus interview for final placement.

During the previous sessions a number of well –known companies visited the college for campus recruitments and Off -Campus Interviews were also conducted by them.

In order to cover all the aspects regular classes are being conducted in batches. Eminent speaker are also invited to deliver lecture on about topics. The workshops on personality development are also organized to train and equip the students to meet the real life challenges.
